gathers me

i walk fast
sometimes to die

i roll over
facing my Clock face
hating this day
every tick as much
as i do
this way

This clock just clicks
or does it enjoy
devouring
second after second

all time

leaving me

erasing my day
for a few hours
before i forget

and turning this clock back
once more
to do it all
again ...
