The Art of Love -- The Menu - Part 1













 
Trout Tonight

Mixture
{1/2 lemon squeezed
Cabernet Blanc 1/8 cup
2 Tbsp Dijon
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper
Mix together}


Season trout with Montreal Chicken, oil, and pepper
Both sides

Oil pan and pepper
Brush Mixture above on trout
Bake at 405 F for 17 minutes (or until flakey)

Serve with black beans or French green beans and skillet corn

Serves two
